Satisfaction Guaranteed with Lucky Bay Tea
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your organic tea purchase from Lucky Bay Tea, please email us at contactus@luckybaytea.com.au within 15 days of purchase. We're here to ensure you have a positive experience with our products.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer an exchange or refund.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase for verification.
Kindly refrain from returning your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note, there may be cases when we grant only partial refunds for opened items.
Any item returned 30 or more days after delivery, damaged items, items with missing parts not due to our error, or items not in their original condition will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there might be some processing time before your refund becomes available.

Sales Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contactus@luckybaytea.com.au, and we will provide you with the return address.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time required for your exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $55.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
